This marketing campaign was a fun event geared towards raising funds for and creating awareness for all that Community Hospice does. I Worked collaboratively with the Director of Community Hospice Foundation to come up with not only the idea but also the logo and graphics for the entire event.

HOPS FOR HOSPICE CAMPAIGN

THE CHALLENGE

To choreograph virtual graphics, web development, ticket, banner and flyer production. As well as reach out to multiple vendors to get this job done during a time crunch in the midst of COVID-19 shortages.

Multiple departments were involved in making this event happen which required critical thinking and decision making, while taking into account each departments need.

THE SOLUTION

Each aspect of the job was designed by myself and outsourced to my local company that I used to own, despite the time crunch and shortages I was able to persevere through and get the job done.

Worked with Foundation, Marketing and the Finance department at Community Hospice in order to get the website fully functional with tickets to purchase as well as physical tickets that required numbering.
